If you have a modem the Help Desk can even connect to the problem computer and give lessons, fix problems, and transfer updates, any time day or night.

* Support costs do not include the cost of maintaining the Internet Connection. There are no restrictions on Internet Service Provider. Minimum connection speed 56K. Internet Connection to be attached to the iPOS server to allow for support to be provides by HTTP, FTP and VNC. Routers and Firewalls must be configured to let these ports through.
